Lifts in Lowerwood Court - update

Dear Residents,

One of CERA top priorities highlighted at the last resident's meeting concerned the lifts in Lowerwood Court block. We are in contact with Patrick Barrett, Lift Contracts Manager, Assets and Regeneration of RBKC.

Patrick wrote to CERA to inform us that they are currently reviewing their programme and scheduling of works for the lift replacements. He apologised for the inconvenience suffered by residents during the recent issues with the lift, and said that he and the team understand the essential nature of the lifts to a great number of our residents. We did highlight the number of disabled residents in the block.

He continued and said that Lowerwood Court Lifts are in the programme to be replaced and they will be able to provide more concrete timescales once the projects team have finalised the programme this month of February. Once this is completed, the Council will enter into full consultation with the residents and leaseholders within Lowerwood Court.

We are keeping a close contact with Patrick and his team at the moment and we will update you at the beginning of March.
